Meet our Executive Chef Alexandre Vislov

Alexandre Vislov joined our team in August 2016 and immediately received highest praise from Acqua's guests and team for his unique culinary creations and welcoming personality.
In 1985 when he graduated from the Culinary School, Alexandre joined the culinary crew of the world famous cruise line, Viking cruises. While traveling around the world, he developed his passion for Italian and French cuisines. After 8 years, his culinary path brought Alexandre to the US, where he became a sous chef at the George Washington Manor in Roslyn, NY. Throughout the years, our Chef never stopped learning and mastering his skills. In 2003, Alexandre graduated from New York French culinary institute and decided to polish his artistry as a chef de cuisine in restaurants in France and Italy. Upon his return, Alexandre was offered a position as a chef at Morgan Stanley's executive dining room, where he learned all ins and outs of catering for special events.
A passionate culinary artist, Alexandre is also a loving husband and a father of two wonderful sons. His outgoing personality and hospitality is exactly what makes our guests at ACQUA feel special.
